Using this website
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, and not to copy or republish its content without our permission.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased.
Products and pricing
We take care to describe our caps accurately and photograph them honestly. Colors may look slightly different on different screens, and natural materials such as tweed, wool and leather vary a little from batch to batch.
All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you've already placed. If a cap is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfill it.
Sizing
Our caps are one size with an adjustable inner band, fitting head sizes of about 22½ to 24 inches (57–61 cm). Measure with a soft tape just above your ears and eyebrows. Sizing guidance is given in good faith as a guide, not a guarantee of fit — if a cap doesn't sit right, our return policy has you covered.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the goods, at which point a contract is formed. We may decline an order — for example, if the item is out of stock, if we can't ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline after you've paid, we refund you in full.
Shipping
Shipping terms, costs and timeframes are set out on our Shipping Policy page. Timeframes are estimates in business days and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Cancellations and returns
Your cancellation and return rights are set out on our Return & Refund Policy page. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Caring for your cap
Caps are structured items. A washing machine will crush the crown and the peak stiffener, and damage caused that way is not a product defect. Care guidance is given on every product page and in our FAQ.
Accuracy of the website
We try to keep this website accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Content is provided for general information. We may change or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Your account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that takes place under it. Let us know promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

Governing law
