This policy explains what personal information Harrow Caps collects when you visit harrowcaps.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.
Information you give us
When you place an order, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address and phone number. When you contact us or subscribe to our emails, we collect your name and email address and whatever you choose to write to us.
We never receive or store your full payment card number. Card details are entered directly with our payment providers.
Information collected automatically
When you browse this website, we and our service providers automatically collect device and browsing data: your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, what you click, and the website or ad that referred you.
This is collected through cookies and similar technologies placed in your browser. We use it to keep the site working (remembering your cart, keeping you logged in), to understand which pages and caps people find useful, and to measure whether our advertising reaches the right people.
Cookies and marketing platforms
We use the following categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary — set by Shopify, our ecommerce platform, to run the cart and checkout and keep the site secure. These can't be switched off.
- Analytics — Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics, which tell us how many people visit, which pages they read and where they leave. This is reported to us in aggregate.
- Advertising and measurement — Google Ads and Google Merchant Center. These let us measure whether someone who clicked one of our ads went on to buy, and allow us to show relevant ads to people who have visited the site. Google may set its own cookies and combine this with data it already holds about you under its own privacy policy.
- Email marketing — if you subscribe, our email provider records whether you opened a message or clicked a link, so we can stop emailing people who aren't interested.
You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google's advertising cookies at google.com/settings/ads. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop checkout from working.
How we use your information
We use order and shipping information to fulfill your order and provide customer service. We use analytics and advertising data to improve the site and our marketing, and you can opt out at any time. We keep records of transactions because we are legally required to for tax purposes.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the providers who make the store work: Shopify (hosting and checkout), our payment providers, our shipping carriers, our email provider, and Google (analytics and advertising measurement). Each processes it on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information for money.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to, for example in response to a lawful request from a public authority.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for up to seven years to meet US tax and accounting requirements. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained on our providers' standard schedules, typically 14 to 26 months.
Your rights and choices
Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to have inaccurate information corrected, to have it deleted, and to opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising. You can make an opt-out request on our Your Privacy Choices page, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal where required. You can also withdraw from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
